Roofcare LLC, formerly known as, The Walter Parker Company LLC dba RoofCARE  is a full-service commercial roofing contractor with a specialized approach. We focus on extending the life of existing roofing systems and help our clients manage their roofing assets more effectively, believing that roof replacement should only be utilized as a last resort. Unlike traditional roofing contractors, we do not chase "bid work" and instead, strive to create long-term partnerships with our clients. Roofcare believes in producing a stress-free experience and takes pride in providing the utmost customer service and quality of work. Our primary services include Leak Repair, Inspections / Diagnostics, Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Repair, Roof Renovation, and Roof Replacement. We also offer wall repairs and renovation, as well as below-grade waterproofing and concrete/pavement restoration. Roofcare serves public/government clients throughout the state of New Mexico, with branch offices in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Cruces, and Carlsbad. Our staff has the experience and proper training to work on any roof system, including Built Up, Metal, Shingle, TPO, and EPDM and we adhere to NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) Standards for all repairs and procedures.
