Stansell Construction LLC for Chapel Hill ISD
Stansell Construction LLC worked with Chapel Hill ISD to expand and enhance the district’s Career & Technical Education agricultural facilities to better support its growing Ag Mechanics program. The $1.25 million project added new instructional and shop space designed for hands-on welding, fabrication, equipment operation and skilled trades training, providing students with a modern, safe and functional environment to develop career-ready skills.
The expansion increased program capacity and improved instructional capabilities while helping prepare students for careers in construction, manufacturing, agriculture and the industrial workforce. Through the TIPS Construction contract, Stansell Construction was able to begin collaborating with the district and design team to develop a solution for the project, which was completed two months sooner than initially planned.
