We actively assist organizations in moving from a reactive to a proactive security approach based on either the Defendable Network or a framework of their choosing. CyberOne was founded as a cyber security consulting and reseller company and supports more than 500 customers in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas and others. We have achieved over $120 million in revenue from both public and private sector companies. The company has over 12 years experience providing goods and services as CyberOne or as our predecessor company Critical Start. CyberOne split from Critical Start and has been incorporated separately for over 3 years. We provide services for Palo Alto Networks and employs two CYBERFORCE Guardians who work extensively on Palo Alto projects, and are well versed in providing Advisory and Pen Test Services. CyberOne is familiar with marketing to education entities and other government organizations and once a TIPS customer determines a further assessment is needed, the appropriate subject matter experts (SMEs) respond in depth to the requesting entity. We will discuss our capabilities and determine initial requirements. During an engagement, the customer is assessed using our SECCON criteria and the appropriate industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, PCI, HIPAA etc.,) so that we marry the best solution to the customer’s needs. We help the customer determine their appropriate SECCON level and perform a deeper dive into the security requirements. We can then determine the best product or service that best fits the customer’s requirements. We have a sales operations team that ensures quotes are sent in a timely manner, renewal quotes are provided 90 days in advance, and customer satisfaction is top of mind. Our internal operations team supports the sales team members so that the customer enjoys the highest quality experience throughout the process. Our internal processes related to ordering, tracking, billing and reporting are mature and based on industry best practices. We use best-of-breed software for back-office processes such as Salesforce and NetSuite to support the needs of our staff and customers, and these processes and tools are reviewed and updated as appropriate. We are an established organization of more the 50 employees and will expand our team to meet the demands of our growing customer base. The customer will always have the ability to contact the sales representative if there are issues with a sale and a service ticket is created.
