InTouch Receipting, dba of Integrated Register Systems Inc., provides point of sale, credit card acceptance, online sales, online fundraising, online athletic registrations, online activity registrations, concession point of sale, athletic gate point of sale, and browser based
point of sale. InTouch integration with library systems, general ledger integration, food service integration, asset management systems, and other district applications. InTouch provides exceptional internal financial controls, cash controls, excellent user security. InTouch has teacher, sponsor, bookkeeping and business office reporting. InTouch covers the entire district for online and building point of sale (receipting) and management. Our systems
are fully configured and we provide on-site professional training generally presented by a (past) school business official, CPA or other trainer with a minimum of five years client experience. We offer full software support services and software updates as part of our annual support agreement. We consult and assist CFOs and business managers in developing audit controls and processes driving efficiency. Our complete application covers student
activities, district funds, inventory, credit cards, reconciliation and posting to the general ledger.
