As building envelope professionals we provide clients with cost-effective property solutions. We specialize in quality control and quality assurance for exterior building components – Roof Systems, Building Facades, and Parking Facilities. Our staff includes certified EFIS inspectors, ABAA field auditors, AMAA certified technicians, RCI Registered Roof Observers (RRO) and principals that are knowledgeable in general construction. Our specialty is managing the condition of a building’s exterior and provide a wide range of services related to those components including: • Evaluation – on site survey, testing, document conditions, long range budgets, due diligence, ADA compliance • Design – scope of work, product and process selection, bid documents, contractor qualification • Project Management – site visits, contract management, contractor coordination, punch lists • Constructability – QC / QA, problem solving, insurance or litigation assistance, research, recommendations • Forensics – Vapor Barrier Testing Inspections, Forensic Testing, EIFS Inspections & Testing, Roof Testing, Air & Water Infiltration Testing Resolving failed building material issues consumes valuable time, energy, and money. Foresight team members act as independent third party technical experts to perform onsite investigations, obtain and sort through evidence, make recommendations for repair, and provide budget estimates.
