SAFE has a Multi-Disciplinary approach to campus safety and is a comprehensive school violence prevention program. Our SAFE strategy is to incorporate all elements of school safety into a “one-stop-shop” for schools. We provide services from strategy, implementation and evaluation, technology, and integration for all School Safety Needs. SAFE Global Services brings over 100 years of law enforcement, investigation, emergency response experience, and technology integration and monitoring, which will minimize risk while force multiplying and efficiently leveraging current resources to maximize security. 1. ASSESSMENTS/AUDITS-FULL SPECTRUM ANALYSIS Through our assessment, we will “meet” the districts and schools where they currently are with: • Infrastructure • Technology • Integration • Enterprise risk management • School safety and security program design • Provide recommendations for each school to provide them with the best strategies for optimal risk mitigation. • We assist schools in developing a risk-based deployment strategy to mitigate vulnerabilities and maximize resources. 2. PHYSICAL SECURITY (MULTI-SCOPE SOLUTION) Our team offers an individualized multitude of services to include: • Assessments • Evaluations • Cameras & Installation Artificial Intelligence Servers can integrate ? Weapon detection (AI) software • Provides incident-based alerts, which will save critical time in an active attack or other emergencies. ? Cameras ? Artificial Intelligence ? Access control ? SAFE Global Services Central Command Our 24/7 central command and operations center is staffed with personnel dedicated to monitoring camera surveillance feeds and other monitoring platforms, including our “Event Based Monitoring” platform, which is an incident-based notification system that alerts central command and designees to including administrative, security, and law enforcement personal as needed and based on pre-established protocols. The system integrates, alerts, and can initiate automated lockdowns, real-time Situational Awareness, & Complete Visualization of every Campus & Event. Austere budget environments require technological integration, providing “Event-Based Monitoring.” Using technology and professional monitors at SAFE Global Services Central Command, “Event-Based Monitoring” will augment school security and coverage over a larger spectrum. Event-Based Monitoring: • Will centralize and manage escalation protocols • Will validate and verify events before escalation • Will assist in the establishment of escalation protocols • Will provide monitoring services during school hours • Will provide after-hours and holiday monitoring if needed • Will provide daily “CCTV SAFE Patrols” • Will minimize risk, enhance security, and be a force multiplier to limited security or police presence • Will leverage current resources and establish a roadmap to optimize security
